Following is a brief overview of AIM’s
Management style and Project Delivery method...

Management:

Contemplating a remodeling project, construction complexities, nuances of financing, scheduling and management of time and material could at times seem like a daunting task, even for the experienced property manager or homeowner; unless it is what you do everyday on regular basis.

Renovations, remodeling and home improvement projects, understandably for some, are nothing but a big and expensive hassle to be postponed as long as realistically possible, as a potentially difficult undertaking which some fear could develop into an endless nightmare scenario if a builder hasn’t considered various aspects of the completion of your work, the adverse impact it may have on your life during construction and a full life cycle cost and benefit analysis on your investment.  AIM provides a holistic approach to the improvements you desire, to resolve your construction concerns.

Most of our work consists of renovations, home improvements, remodeling and alike, requiring work within and around existing conditions.  We design, build and deliver based on your project’s budgeted time frame and costs.  Once we learn more about your project, we develop a scope of work; designate a category of Hourly, Weekly or Monthly to the tasks which are part of the steps necessary in getting your project done, we then strictly adhere to these steps, the scope of work and timeframe as the truest representation of your project’s requirements.  Visit the FAQ link for more information or submit an inquiry.

Project Delivery:

Once a project manager is assigned to your project, their responsibility is to work with you on your design requirements and to then document them in plans, samples and cut sheets of products, to then assign a team to begin the execution of your work per your contract.

AIM minimizes risk, overcomes accidental errors and works within the project time frame, maintaining a competitive edge on your project delivery; by creating a teamwork atmosphere and environment.  To ensure quality control, projects start and finish with the same Project Manager.  The smallest of our projects will have a team of two skilled tradesmen. Larger projects will have separate, interdependent teams of tradesmen, simultaneously working together from start to finish with overlapping knowledge of all trades.   All team members are multidisciplinary tradesman supporting one another in their work.

Team members are paid hourly and based on merit bonuses, after completion of the project, to ensure a vested interest in the timely delivery of your project.
