1. What kinds of services do you provide?
When you are forced to coordinate between two different trades such as new wood flooring and wall covering such as paint, but don’t want to deal with two different sources and be charged premiums twice, we step in, to provide you a single source, for all of your design built needs and solutions. The same holds true for projects requiring additional trades coordination such as plumbing, electrical, mechanical, framing, doors and windows, carpentry, roofing and so forth. The more complex your project is, the more planning and design we provide ahead of the construction phase.

4. How do you charge for your services?
We bill you one of three ways; hourly, weekly, and monthly. We also provide indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts, for projects requiring more than 10 months of planning and design. Regardless of our billing, we charge you separately for all of the material and delivery which you can also arrange with others independently of AIM.

6. What if I have a renovation contract with AIM and midstream we encounter additional unexpected work which was not part of our agreement?
This may happen due to existing site conditions which are uncovered and revealed after demolition; such as old leaky plumbing pipes or outdated electrical wiring that needs to be replaced to bring the project up to the latest current codes. In such a case, we stop the project clock and stop charging or accepting payment, until the issue is resolved by modifications of the existing contract by creating addenda or creating a new contract effectively within the existing contract, to cover the additional scope of work, so all priorities are done and accounted for.

7. Would you need existing site condition documentations?
Before we begin work, we research all available databases to look for plans and details otherwise take surveys and photographs to document existing conditions. During the project we take photos and video recordings of inside wall elements for future use should there be a need to locate elements that have been covered up by walls and floors.
